Making complex systems easier to work with.

My work has included troubleshooting production APIs and authentication, supporting integrations, and helping people navigate technical problems. Earlier roles in digital operations and media production taught me to look at the workflow around a system, not just the technology inside it.

I also build and operate personal projects—from web applications to a self-hosted homelab. They are a place to explore automation and infrastructure, while my professional experience is grounded in support, operations, and working with people across teams.
